Navitaire Taps John Dabkowski for Senior Vice President of Sales
Minneapolis; September 2, 2002: Navitaire announced today that John Dabkowski has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales effective immediately.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Dabkowski will be responsible for worldwide sales for all Navitaire business units, including the award winning Open Skies by Navitaire reservations system, Revenue Management, DirectNet® distribution and Navitaire's PRA System® for airline revenue accounting and revenue protection services. Dabkowski will report to Tom McClain, CEO of Navitaire.

Prior to joining Navitaire, Dabkowski served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management responsible for worldwide sales of reservations, software solutions and consulting to the travel and transportation sector for Sabre Airline Solutions. Dabkowski also gained his extensive airline experience in key executive, sales, and product development and delivery positions at Sabre, Speedwing Logica, Logica, and GEC Avionics.
Dabkowski holds an engineering degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is married and has two children.
