Skylights e-Suite is comprised of five key components:
- SkySales – foundational Internet booking product
- SkyAgent – online access for travel agent or corporate booking accounts
- SkySeats – Internet seat assignment
- SkyTime – Internet flight information
- Web Check-in – online advance boarding pass /check-in
SkySales is a simple to use and cost effective booking system. The feature-rich interface’s award-winning, streamlined design guides travelers through the booking process.
SkyAgent offers agents or corporate sites an easy, streamlined booking channel for their accounts and travelers. It also supports additional customization to control access to bookings, offer special fares, allow easy access to bookings and PNRs for their travelers, use special credit or payment types, and modify traveler itineraries. When coupled with our Agency Booking and Commission module, these features offer a complete suite of agent-friendly tools that avoid costly GDS booking channels.
SkySeats delivers online seat selection, complete with the ability to charge additional fees for the option to book advance seat assignments.
SkyTime displays real-time flight information with support for user-friendly virtual flight map.
Open Skies’ Web Check-in module provides yet another high demand customer service option via your website. Navitaire hosts the web check-in interface to provide quick and easy access to confirmed reservations.
Navitaire can also perform web hosting services for the entire Skylights e-Suite booking site, providing fast, efficient communication between the reservations and web servers for streamlined communication and optimized performance.
